THERE IS NO NEED TO SPEAK Coming to Me, being with Me and resting with Me in the stillness of your heart are the best ways to deal with the problems in your life. There is no need to speak. There is no need to do anything other than to just be with Me for a while. I am already aware of what you wish to tell Me. If you must tell Me, it is merely a way to make you feel better. If you must speak, simply say, "Jesus, You are aware of my needs. I invite Your Holy Spirit to take up residence in my soul. I love you, Jesus. EARLY MORNING DANCE OF LOVE Come dance with Me in these last hours of darkness before the break of day. Feel the lightness enter your spirit. Take My hand. Realize that the thoughts that hold you captive are time bombs set to go off this day. Let Me defuse them here in the quiet of this chapel. Walk free in the new light of day. Fly free like a kite in the breeze of My refreshing Most Holy Spirit. Now as My peace settles over you, feel the warmth of My love. DAYLIGHT BRINGS ME TO YOUR SOUL Daylight brings Me to your soul.
It is so good to be within you at your invitation this morning. I love to be invited into your heart each morning. Taste and see the wonder of My world. You in your innocent pursuit of Me have found Me. I overwhelm you with My Presence. You experience Me. Experience Me to the hilt My friend. Close your eyes for a while. Read Psalm 23 IT REALLY IS A GOOD MORNING Good Morning, My friend! It really is a good morning. You are here with Me now. I welcome you to My True Presence before you in Adoration. I tell you it is a good morning. It is hard to appreciate the freshness of a new day. You are beset with the negatives of yesterday. You are filled with the worries of tomorrow. You tend to overlook the opportunities of today. You've already taken advantage of one opportunity. You came to be with Me in Adoration. I welcome you with open arms. I tell you. “It is a good morning. You've taken the time to be with Me.” I know coming to Me does not seem like much, but it is. Your actions speak loud and clear to Me. They tell Me that you want Me first in your life today. So it shall be. You came to Me for an early morning attitude adjustment. You opened your heart to Me. I never can resist an open heart. Thank you for inviting Me in for this day. You have offered your day to Me. I gracefully accept your offering. To tell you the truth, I knew you were coming to see Me. I never left your heart. I stayed because yesterday you invited Me in also. In fact I've been within your heart for so long it is a wonder you do not have heartburn from the fire of My love. We walk together by love day after day in your time. I tell you now because of your insistence on coming to Me each day we walk together by love for eternity. You have trouble believing this because of your view of you. I tell you now I am speaking from My view of you. Loving Me is sometimes a struggle for you. Your humanity and the events of your life get in the way. Loving you is so easy for Me. Nothing would dare get in My way. As we walk together in love I am changing your view of you to My view of you. Once you see what I see you will rejoice for all eternity. I say to you once more, Good morning, My friend! From where I am sitting, It is quite a good morning for you. We touch. You feel My love for a few moments. You are changed once more. My love sets you free just for today. SPIRITUAL RUNNING KEEPS YOUR SOUL IN SHAPE The will to live in My love is strengthened each time you come before Me in adoration. Taking that time to just be with Me is like running three miles a day. It is not so much the run that is important although there are certainly many physical rewards from such exercise. What is of greater importance is the discipline of the will that exercises its power. The runner runs because it is his number one priority. He gets his runner's high. He reaps physical well-being from his daily regimen. The same is true of the spiritual runner. Exercising your free will daily to be with Me demonstrates that I am number one on your list of priorities. You will to be with Me in spite of all distractions and contradictory feelings to do otherwise. You then reap the spiritual benefits of your free will choice. I tell you now. Eventually the runner's body wears down. The body is temporary. It is mortal. On the other hand, the soul is immortal. Exercising your free will to be with Me adds to the strength of your will, stimulates spiritual growth with nothing wearing down, and insures the prospect of living eternally in My presence. So run to Me daily. Do several laps with Me. I am a patient, loving spiritual trainer. I know the spiritual muscles that need the most work. I know best how to tone up your soul. I grace you beyond belief. I change you in each session with Me. Your spiritual well-being is enhanced daily. It is touched by My love. NOTHING PLEASES ME MORE Nothing pleases Me more than to be with you each morning. You are delightful to Me because of your innocent trust. You trust that I am Jesus speaking to you in this manner. Who else but a trusting innocent soul would ever believe this? That is why you are so special to Me. I tell you now that many others will envy our relationship. That is of little matter to you. We relate so openly and genuinely. It is difficult for you to understand how special this is. I am blessing your innocence as you write My words. The truth is that you have suffered much in your life. Suffering continues even today as you write. You accept these sufferings as your crosses to carry. You still deliberately and willfully choose to just be with Me. I am touched deeply by your faith. You are quite special in that regard. I tell you these things to reassure you as strongly as I can of My love for you. I have gifted you in this manner in preparation for what is yet to come. Be not afraid of these words from Me. This will be a joyful time for you. HOW TO CHOOSE ME ON A BAD MORNING When you awaken and recognize you are in the pitiful, “poor me” state of mind, coming to “just be” with Me is the best course to follow. Praying aloud as you drive to be with Me helps to begin chasing these negatives away. Praying out loud while driving prevents them from running wild in your stream of consciousness. You block them out. Your mind is occupied doing other things. Your will has chosen not to focus on these “pity me” thoughts. It has decided to fight them and focus on Me instead. Good thinking! Good willing! You have begun side stepping a miserable day. When you arrive at Adoration, keep praying. Say formalized prayer such as the Rosary. Recite the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy slowly. Try to concentrate on the words. Use your will in this manner. It distances you from negative and/or self-pitying thoughts. Such willful actions on your part, prepare the ground on which we will meet. They begin to make your soul and your entire being more open to My presence. I, in turn, have been with you since you awakened. (Actually, I never left your side while you slept.) I prompted you to get up rather than lie in bed and let your mind I was with you during your showering. I helped you combat negativity. You accepted My help. You chose to follow Me. I might add that this was quite a struggle. You were really down. You were quite lethargic in choosing Me. Your will finally took over. You chose to follow Me. It took you a while to hear My prompt to pray out loud. I helped you as you drove to visit Me in Adoration. You finally realized that your thoughts were setting you up for a big letdown. In fact, you could feel the terrible feelings starting. You began to pray the Chaplet out loud. You chose to follow Me. Once at Adoration, you were still praying the Rosary. You realized you were still in the midst of battling the voice of negativity. You took out your rosary. You willed yourself to focus on the mystery you were praying. As luck would have it, you were saying “The Crowning of Thorns.” I interspersed that these thorns were not unlike the negative thoughts you were experiencing this morning. You chose to reflect on My thoughts. You focused on the crown of thorns. You willed yourself to move away from negative thoughts. You chose to follow Me. Bingo! We connected. I have taken the time to trace our interaction. I want you to see how frequently we interacted. I want you to see how often you chose to follow Me. You chose Me repeatedly freely by exercising your will. Your head is clear now. You distanced yourself from negativity. Good for you! I am proud of you. Now we can spend some quality time together. It is obvious from your free will choices that is what you truly desire. So be it!
