INSTANT BREAKFAST
You are late. You overslept. You hate starting your day this way. You play catch up all day and you never catch up. Aren't you glad I am Timeless Love? I never look at a clock. When I say something to you, you are always on time. In fact, it is Forever.
"I love you!"
There! Now you are all caught up. Say the Our Father. Receive My Peace. Have My Instant Breakfast. Be in Communion with Me.

Jesus I'M TAKING A NAP
Slow down! What's the rush? Take time out to just be with Me. That's the way. Let My Love in you slow you down. I know you had a late start this morning. Well! It's midday now. Just cut out of your work. Find a quiet place. Settle in! Still your inner voice. Let My Voice take over in you.
(Pause)
The human race is just that. It races here and there and finds it almost impossible to find time for Me.
Well! You have a choice. You can keep racing or slow down.
(Pause)
Isn't this better? See the knot in your stomach goes away. Your whole body relaxes. Do you see how stressed you were? Well, the rat race is over for now. We are together in the stillness of your heart. You walked away from telephones. Isn't the silence deafening? What are you going to do? You have nothing to do for these few moments. Your schedule is blown to oblivion (another word for hell).
(Pause) I rise to your awareness. I sing in your heart. I love you. I am all you need. I am here in your heart. I rise up in your inner voice. Be still in My Presence. Let My Voice run free in you. (Pause)
I block out your efforts to run from Me and/or to try to uncover My Words in you. I make it difficult for you to write My Words in you. I need to clear out more of you so that you can make more room for Me. You are still not running on empty. I remove thoughts about work that you have to do. I send extraneous thoughts about anything else packing. I want you to see how much clutter you put in My Way.
Now I ask you. How important are those things that distract you from Me?
(Pause)
I think you are getting My Point. I want all of your attention. That's okay! I'll wait for you. I am not the one in a rush.
Oh! I am making you feel guilty! Good! I find that guilt works quite well.
(Pause)
You look perplexed and vexed. Good! You should be. However, be annoyed at yourself. Don't be upset with Me. I am the One Who waits for you.
(Pause)
I just taught you about your human tendency to place yourself on overload. What a waste of energy! I tell you now. I'll arrange your schedule, if you let Me.
Now, for the remaining few moments in your time out, I give you total inner silence. That is My Gift to you for trying to make time for Me. Shhh! Don't say a word. You might wake Me up. I got bored waiting for you. I'm taking a nap.

What? Are you back here again? Your work day is over. Yet you still cannot slow down. Well! I can help you with that.
Be still, inner voice. I, Jesus the Messiah, command this.
(Pause)
Just sit with Me in the quiet of your heart. You will soon see that I take your inner world's foot off your wind-up pedal.
(Pause)
Isn't that a little better? Be still for a few minutes longer. My Silence will reign you in! Do you believe that We dwell in you? Well! This is but one more example of Us interacting in you.
(Pause)
We love you. It's as simple as that. We give you all you need to slow you down at this moment in your life.
(Pause)
We talk you through an interaction episode.
